A good multivitamin for men

I have long been using longevity men multi, however it is always on back order since spring of 2024. I take this multivitamin primarily because of one ingredient beta-sisterol. Most men multivitamin don’t have it, and only one tablet per day. I trust the rest of ingredients are taking care of my body.

Everything you probably need in a multi. Pill is on the large side so if you have trouble taking large pills like I do you would be a bit challenged but you get used to it!
