Shipping Information
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays), will ship same day if placed by 12:00 pm Pacific Time and will be received within 4-8 business days (often sooner!), depending on your ZIP code. Shipping is a flat rate of $7.99 for each order. We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, and/or internationally.
If you would like to purchase Pure Essence products and you live outside of the United States, you can purchase our products from iHerb or Vitacost.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy
We hope that you love your product, but if you are less than delighted with the results of any of our products, you may receive a complete refund of the purchase price within 90 days of purchase. We will promptly assist in the return of the item and credit your account. Your experience and satisfaction are important to us.
