I keep both this and the ionic fizz magnesium plus on hand at all times. I rotate depending on how much calcium I am able to take in through my diet. I drink this at night and it really seems to help with keeping muscle cramps at bay and supporting a solid night's sleep. I notice if I miss more than a day or two foot cramps come back and I seem to not sleep as well. Regular use seems to ease perimenopausal symptoms and general irritability. I eat well and exercise but know that with the amount of stress life presents these days the extra boost from this product helps my body ride it out a little better. And it taste likes tang. Groovy. I Love A Bargain!
Help for multiple sclerosis muscle spasms!

I purchased this and the mixed berry flavor. Both taste fine both dissolve quickly in water. Go slow with the dosage to find the right amount for you. A whole scoop for me was a bit much initially but I'm fine with it now 2 weeks later. That first glass (hoo boy) had me racing for the bathroom LOL. My reason for buying this supplement was to lessen my horrendous muscle spasms. I have Multiple Sclerosis which can be rather painful. My lack of magnesium and calcium had my muscles seizing up badly. After consistent use of Pure Essence my spasms have decreased. Totally happy about that. I'd buy it again.
