Good stuff

I am a pure essence convert since I started taking their One 'N Only multi-tablets and when I found this stress formula in their store I was excited to try them. timing is hard but it does help with stress

at first i left a reivew saying "the ingredients look great but i only tried it once. the necessary timing (15 min before meals) just adds more stress to my already crazy life." then i decided to just do it and really take it consistenly and i see that it makes a big difference. i forget one day then i feel it.
