I have never written a review in my years of ordering. I love this product and I rely on it fairly consistently to deal with generalized anxiety. It doesn't leave me sleepy or have any side effects. calm essence is great for AF and stress mgmt.

Been working on Adrenal fatigue issues for a while. This has been a wonderful "oops" find and here's why. Best blend of adaptogens that do not lower cortisol. Many calming products can throw off your cortisol and I believe this product only supports the body. Cordyceps is low dose and that is good. When I took higher doses it kept me up at night. Take one a day of this and you will notice you calmly handling things without being sleepy.
