The pill is big but it works without a doubt.

I was skeptical as I have never had much luck with caffeine-free energy supplements but this surprised me. No strong energy rush like caffeine just gentle sustained jitter-free energy. A bit pricey BUT IT WORKS!

It's a little pricey for a supplement but it works. I get depression from time to time just feeling tired and unmotivated. I can't have too much caffeine and I don't like caffeine jitters or the crash after it wears off.This supplement is caffeine free. I have not had issues with racing heart or anything hyper. It curbs my appetite which right now is a good thing because I can stand to lose a few pounds.The bottom recommended taking two as a dose but I'm fine with just taking one.I recommend this product if you desperately want more energy curb your appetite and if your sensitive to caffeine and dieting supplements.

It says take 2 a day but I would suggest.....

I took 2 the first day and 2 the second day the evening of the 2nd day my heart was racing. So I would caution anyone anyone and everyone....even though they are organic they are strong!!! Now I take one a day and the next day two and then 1 the nest day. As my doctor said...everyone's body is unique to their own DNA so what works for one person may not work for the next. That being said take the vitamins with caution.

Hoping to see improvement.

I have only been taking these for 10 days now. As of this the 10th day at 2 a day I haven't noticed any change in how I'm feeling. Haven't experienced any relief of my constant fatigue. But I'm going to continue to take them in hopes of seeing an improvement. As to the taste there is absolutely no taste what so ever.
