I have noticed a shift in my behavior in the afternoon when I take these mid-day. I'm able to focus more in the afternoon and don't feel the need for a mid-afternoon cup of coffee to give me more energy to get through the rest of the work day.

I got this at first to go with a candida cleanse but didn't start taking it right away. After some bad die off reactions and took a break from detox and took these and it definitely helped get my body back on track. Now I take it every day and as it has become a standard part of my process and integral to my health.

I LOVE this product! I've taken natural energy supplements (no stimulants) with superfoods that were good BUT nothing has given me the feeling that I have with this. After taking this for only three days I noticed I wasn't waking up tired AND I no longer felt lethargic all day. I simply had "energy" that seemed to keep me going until bedtime. I wasn't bouncing with energy like you took an energy drink but I didn't lack energy either. I had focus and energy all day. My sleep improved so I felt more rested. Amazing product. What more can I say! If you're lacking energy or find yourself tired all day, before looking for an "energy product" start here. This might be all you need.

Love this. I have a lot of confidence in this company. With thyroid and adrenal issues I don't feel so fatigued when I take regularly. Capsules don't smell or taste badly and I don't get nsuseous from them like other adrenal supports.

These work well you can actually feel the effects the first couple of times you use them. I don't use them daily only when I need them to help me as I believe one should work out and practice deep breathing to release stress on a daily basis. However we all have times in our lives when stressful emotional things happen and these seem to help me.

I have been using this for quite some time now and it is one of the supplements I keep in my menopause arsenal. It works well in conjunction with several others that I use to help keep the hot flashes mood issues and night sweats somewhat under control. They are not completely gone but I don't have Issues all day long like I had been having. I am not a good candidate for HRT so I need to rely on supplements to help. The only downside is it gets expensive.
