Seem to be helping.

I have multiple health issues such as CSS, MCS, fibro, etc. and have tried multiple meds, treatments and supplements. I have unbelievably low energy and nothing has helped in the past. I've been on Lion's main for about 3 weeks and am noticing having more energy at times. I started with a low dose of 500mg a day for a week, then 1000mg a day for a week and am now on 1500mg a week ( research done indicates the helpful dose for nerve problems is 1000-3000 mg). I am hopeful I will continue to feel better with the optimal dose. I would highly recommend these for anyone diagnosed with the above problems.
