BrainEssence has a very good mix of ingredients at a good price level. Ashwagandha Bacopa mucuna pruriens phosphaidylserine rhodiola and vinpocetin are all top notch nootropics and mood enhancers and it is rare to find all of these in one pill. Two a day is a little too much for me so I take only one or even a half a day and get good results.
