My blood levels of vitamin D are higher with this product than with the prescription vitamin D. Pure Essence Labs vitamins are better absorbed and are among the best I have ever used. Pure Essence Labs Flora and SolaRay are the only supplements I will purchased. My winter dose of Vitamin D
