This is a huge pill. Just under 1 inch long, 3/8" wide and 3/8" thick. I tried dissolving it in hot water. Smells and tastes awful. It does provide energy but only if you can get it down.

I like the vitamin I've purchased it 5 times so far. I do think its a little expensive But I still buy it they use chromium Picolinate which is great instead of other type of chromium like chelate. and I like the other add's to it fruit extracts etc.
