best vitamin ever

I started taking the regular (non gender specific) multi about a year ago and even though I only took 3 a day instead of the recommended 4 I felt great. I'm pretty sure I only got one mild cold (when the rest of my house was dying) and even my allergies aren't as bad as usual! Just switched to this one. No complaints :)
